About ShopDeck Were a series Bfunded company (raised $11M) with a vision to help ecommerce sellers build their own brands. Shopdeck helps ecommerce businesses easily create their online stores and sell D2C (direct to consumer) profitably. This helps sellers to create their own channel and derisk themselves from 100% reliance on ecommerce marketplaces like AZ FK Meesho etc. This also helps them take their first steps on the path to creating their own brand which is every sellers longterm aspiration.

ShopDecks product stack helps them manage all these 4 elements (website pricing shipping & marketing) and gives a unified view of their profitability by combining all these four stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics and designs using tools such as Photoshop and Figma.
• Creativity: Generate fresh and innovative ideas for marketing materials social media and other design projects.
• Design Execution in Figma: Adapt and refine designs within Figma ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and meet the technical requirements.
• Productivity: Produce 1015 creative designs per day ensuring that they meet the quality and branding standards of Shopdecks Sellers.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas share feedback and contribute to a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Assist Design Team: Support the design team with various tasks including image editing file organization and other designrelated activities.
• Learning Opportunity: Actively participate in design discussions and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of Experiences
• A portfolio showcasing your previous design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop and Figma.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work.
• Selfmotivated and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading a design team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
