Accounts Payable Invoicing Administrator at NSS Group

Part of the NSS Finance team

22500.00 per annum

The Business

We are a specialist property services supplier. From building maintenance to window and specialist cleaning platform hire and equipment testing selfdelivered services anywhere in the UK. Our dependable inhouse team works around the clock and across the country setting new standards for safety speed and consistency.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our busy and growing Accounts Payable team. The position will be based in our Leeds office (LS15 9JN) with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days office based 2 days working from home) following successful completion of probationary period.

The successful person will ideally have

  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Sage200 experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Good personal time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a growing business and collaborating with colleagues to achieve positive results.


Duties to include:

  • Transferring invoices from our central email inbox to correct folders for processing working with other members of the AP team to resolve queries.
  • Checking invoices meet HMRC rules and requesting suppliers to reissue invoices where details are incorrect.
  • Matching invoices against supplier POs for the Maintenance Testing and Hire divisions of NSS.
  • Processing invoices onto Sage 200 and adding a copy of the invoice to ledgers for audit purposes.
  • Maintaining the PO query spreadsheet adding invoices that do not match the PO and working with the NSS Operations team to resolve. Processing invoices from the query sheet once resolved.
  • Checking supplier statements emailing suppliers for missing invoices and advising senior AP members of any unallocated balances that need to be resolved.
  • Opening post and scanning in/emailing to correct department.
  • Assist with processing Cleaning division supplier invoices as and when required.
