QA Engineering Intern

At Pyne were revolutionizing the way users onboard to SaaS products with AIled inproduct demos that are as engaging as video game onboarding experiences. Our mission is to make learning complex SaaS platforms as intuitive and enjoyable as exploring a new game using AI to tailor each demo to the users specific interests and questions. Tasks

As a QA Engineering Intern at Pyne youll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative AIdriven platform. Your work will involve:

• Setting up selectorbased inproduct tours for our customers ensuring they are intuitive and effective.
• Writing automation tests to streamline our testing processes and increase efficiency.
• Conducting periodic manual tests to identify and resolve issues that automated tests might miss.
• Maintaining the bug board by analyzing communicating and arranging bug fixes with the development team.
• Setting up and maintaining alerts to promptly identify and address potential issues.

Youll be working closely with our development team including Carsten aatay and Berkant (all Senior Fullstack Engineers) as well as Dan (Sr Product Manager). This role offers the chance to significantly impact the quality of our product and improve user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Pursuing or have obtained a computer science university degree or a similar field.
• A keen interest in QA methodologies and a passion for ensuring product quality.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Javascript Git HTML and CSS
• Ability to work independently think entrepreneurially and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Eagerness to learn grow and contribute to a teamfocused environment.

Hiring Process

1. QA Skills Interview with a member of our engineering team (30 mins).
2. Practical QA Test (48 hours) followed by a presentation of your approach and findings (max. 1h).
3. Final Interview with Roman CEO and founder (30 mins).
4. Receive an offer and join our team!
