Job Description
- Lead and manage strategic and innovative projects from initiation to completion.
- Establish project objectives timelines and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- Utilize Federal project management methodologies to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
- Apply expertise in Grants Management to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI Gen AI RPA ML) and assess their potential application within projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to foster growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate software development processes into project workflows.
- Manage project budgets resources and timelines effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges proactively.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management preferably within the Federal sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Grants Management processes and procedures.
- Strong client interaction skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Indepth knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI Gen AI RPA and ML.
- Handson experience in software development methodologies and practices.
- Active Public Trust clearance is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
