The Director of Environmental Services under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the daytoday operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department. He/she assists with the development of departmental plans policies and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets. Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness appearance and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies. The primary function of the Director of Environmental Services is to manage the day to day activities & processes of the Environmental Services Departments at multiple sites within Berkshire Health Systems. He/she must maintain compliance with the organizational standards for cleaning and requests for service. Specifically he/she must run the day to day operation of the departments coordinate communication with customers and departments and within the EVS leadership team
