Job Description
Overview:
The AEM Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions within the organization. They are responsible for leading a team of developers ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AEM development projects from concept to completion
- Oversee and mentor a team of AEM developers
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Design develop and implement AEM components and templates
- Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM solutions
- Manage AEM assets workflows and authoring environments
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Stay updated with AEM advancements and industry trends
- Participate in the planning and estimation of AEM projects
- Conduct regular status meetings and reporting on project progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM development processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7 years of experience in AEM development and architecture
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong proficiency in Java and web development technologies
- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe products
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management
- Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Proven track record of delivering successful AEM projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Certifications in AEM or related technologies are a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
