Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for outdoor spaces
• Create detailed landscape plans using CAD software
• Research and select appropriate plants materials and textures for each project
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Oversee construction and installation of landscape projects
• Ensure compliance with environmental and zoning regulations
• Provide ongoing maintenance support and recommendations
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Present design proposals to clients
• Collaborate with architects and other professionals
• Stay updated on landscaping trends and sustainability practices
• Develop cost estimates and proposals
• Communicate with suppliers and contractors
• Participate in industry events and networking
• Handle administrative tasks related to projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in landscape design and project management
• Proficiency in CAD and other design software
• Strong plant identification and horticultural knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable practices
• Creative and innovative design abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Project budgeting and cost estimation skills
• Understanding of construction techniques and materials
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
• Membership in relevant industry associations is a plus
