Job Description :

• Provide technical support to customers during the design and integration of SkyeChips NoC IP.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges and offer technical solutions and guidance.
• Assist in the implementation simulation and validation of SkyeChips NoC IP within customer designs.
• Create and deliver technical training sessions and workshops for customers.
• Develop and maintain reference designs and application notes to guide customers in the use of SkyeChips solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry standards emerging technologies and competitive products.
• Participate in customer meetings both remotely and onsite to address technical inquiries and provide demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or applications engineering role preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of SoC design principles NoC architectures and related technologies.
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (Verilog VHDL) and experience with simulation tools.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Customerfocused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and support as needed.
• Familiarity with FPGA and ASIC design flows is a plus.
