Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing developing testing and deploying Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages Lightning components and Lightning Web Components.
  
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements including creating custom objects fields workflows process builder flows and validation rules.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and design technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and thirdparty integration tools.
  
• Perform unit testing code reviews and debugging to ensure highquality and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Document technical designs implementation details and system configurations.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and administrators.
  
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates new features and industry trends.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are highly desired.
  
• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer (Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce integration).
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture data model security model and limitations.
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Salesforce DX Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps) is preferred.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
