Security Consultant

Position Overview:

This role is situated in Vietnam and entails a focus on both presales and postsales activities with a greater emphasis on the latter. The incumbent will assist the Sales team in crafting solution proposals or responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs) and subsequently implementing the solution upon being awarded. Occasionally the candidate may be assigned projects for full or partial implementation based on availability. The role is pivotal in ensuring highquality delivery to our customers and establishing trust as a reliable advisor.

The suitable candidate will receive competitive remuneration commensurate with their experience.

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation Team Member:

i) Conduct requirement gathering and design workshops for clients.ii) Perform installation and configuration of Cybersecurity products like Symantec or Trellix DLP.iii) Assist in OS hardening according to Security Configuration Compliance Policy such as CIS benchmark.iv) Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).v) Support senior team members in preparing training materials for clients.vi) Generate documentation.vii) Provide standby support.

Presales Team Member:

i) Contribute to proposal writeups.ii) Conduct research on applicable solutions.iii) Support proposal presentations to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity.
• Vietnamese citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
• Some experience in implementing Cybersecurity technology preferred for Associate level.
• More than 3 years of technology implementation experience considered for Consultant position.
• More than 5 years of technology implementation experience considered for Senior Consultant position.
• Strong understanding of TCPIP Internetworking Firewalls IDS and IPS.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English languages.
• Capable of presenting in both Vietnamese and English.
• Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction.
• Enthusiastic about learning Cybersecurity technology.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technology through computerbased training within a short timeframe.
• Willingness to travel within SouthEast Asia.
• Possession of any industry Security Certification such as CISSP CISA CISM or equivalent is advantageous.
• Vendors product certification is a plus.
