Role:
Work closely with project manager and other central cluster resources to secure focus on people change communication and training is included in the project plan.
Coordinate the knowledge areas from internal/central BOT team to support countries to deliver change elements according to project plan people change communication and training
Coach and mentor the local countries change lead and the project team to ensure that effective readiness and change plans are created and realised
Facilitate and guide countries to complete a stakeholder analysis including engagement plan
Guide coach mentor the countries to identify local change impacts based on change impacts identified by the project.
Follow up that identified change impacts are included in local communication and the engagement plan
Facilitate and guide countries in scheduling training and follow up on participation to secure relevant coworkers have been assigned for training
Ensure that the countries implementation network is established sustained and supported during and after the implementation
Record and manage risks and issues related to transition and change define mitigations and drive necessary corrective actions
Essential requirements:
Strong knowledge in project process and stakeholder management tools and techniques to create and implement change activities and manage stakeholders
Strong knowledge of how to create implement and follow up on rules and practices
Strong knowledge understanding the local country organisation its stakeholders and our retail business (landscape and business tools processes and cycles)
Ability to understand the complexity of our business and the role of change as an integrated part of the business
Ability to lead and work in the unknown and deal with a high amount of ambiguity during certain phases of transformation
Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
Ability to facilitate coach provide feedback to create trustful relationships and networks
Proven advanced training in change management or equivalent
25 years of experience in internal and external change implementations
Experience in project and implementations
Solid experience with leading in change and organisational transformation
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
