Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java applications using the Spring Boot framework
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend interfaces
• Build and deploy microservices architecture for improved scalability and flexibility
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code
• Perform thorough testing to ensure robustness and reliability of the software
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and conduct research to recommend innovative solutions
• Participate in Agile development process including sprint planning daily standups and retrospective meetings
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with server side logic
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Java Spring Boot Developer or similar role
• Proficient in Java with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Solid understanding of RESTful services and API development
• Experience in building and deploying microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Certifications in Java and Spring development is a plus
