Emergency Services Representative - German

• Deliver the utmost level of service to people who find themselves in a state of critical emergency or distress
  

Requirements

• Native/Fluent in German and English both orally and written
  
• Proven experience in emergency response and/or working in a highpressure emergency communication center environments would be preferred
  
• Demonstrated capacity to liaise with customers punctually is essential
  
• Strong assessing skills with the ability to share information with precision as well as to display great attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously is essential for this role.
  
• Prior experience working with a CAD (computer assisted dispatch) application would be considered as a strong advantage.
  
• Full working proficiency with MS Office is necessary
  
• Sound knowledge of laws protocols and compliance within an emergency services environment is preferable
  
• Agility with rotating scheduling which can include days nights and weekends as this will be a 24/7 operation with 5 days on and 2 days off per week
  
• Holder of a recent in a CPR certification can be an advantage.
  
• Any prior experience in emergency fire or police dispatch will be considered as beneficial for this role.
