Deputy Manager - Launton

Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who offer 24hour allinclusive residential and dementia care in their stateoftheart Care homes. who are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join them to cover a period of Maternity Leave at their site in Bicester.

This is a fulltime role 42.5 hours per week 3 on/3 off constant shift patterns 8am 8pm

My client offers a salary of 16.29 per hour.

As a Deputy Home Manager you will play crucial role supporting in all aspects of managing and running the Care Home to support staff members and meet the welfare of residents.

You will promote a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of personal care meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and rights to privacy independence and choice are met.

Knowledge Skills and Qualifications required of the Deputy Home Manager:

An NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential for this role

At least 1 years experience of being a Deputy Manager or a Team Leader in a residential care home setting.
