Weve recently embarked on a momentous digital transformation journey and we want you to be a part of it. With that in mind we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to join us!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management particularly in digital environments and possess excellent technical knowledge to effectively manage and coordinate digital projects from inception to completion.

Role and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate project activities resources and tasks to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Technical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of digital technologies including web development mobile applications ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams including developers designers and other stakeholders.
Evaluate technical requirements and feasibility and make recommendations for optimal solutions.

Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams providing regular project updates resolving issues and managing expectations.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status discuss priorities and gather feedback.
Ensure clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Testing:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection and oversee resolution of identified issues.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Facilitate team meetings brainstorming sessions and knowledge sharing activities.

Essential Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager.
Strong technical background.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello etc.).
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.

Desirable Skills:
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
Digital agency experience.
Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Experience managing offshore teams.
Handson experience in web development software engineering or related fields.
