Responsibilities:

  • Support the structure and execution of all customer deals to ensure a world-class customer experience while driving top line revenue
  • Function as key point of contact to GTM team on contract negotiations, value propositions, deal structuring, and escalations
  • Help Develop commercial playbooks, policies, terms, and operational rigor required to build effective pricing and discounting models
  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to understand voice of customer and orient customer offerings as a result

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a revops, deal desk, or finance function within a hyper-growth startup or tech company, consulting firm, or investment bank
  • Demonstrated ability to develop critical processes and mechanisms to drive contracting and negotiating for complex product offerings
  • Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end from design to execution that deliver outsized impact
  • Outstanding modeling and presentation skills and demonstrated experience providing data-driven business insights
  • Impeccable communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and influence in a fully remote set-up
