Were seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team at Squareshot. As a Content Creator you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our content strategy generating engaging and visually appealing content for our website social media platforms and more.

Tasks

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Squareshots longterm goals targeting audience needs and brand identity including planning scheduling and optimizing content.
• Content Creation: Create diverse content ranging from success stories and remote photoshoots in New York/Los Angeles to updates for our website new service social media videos newsletters and podcasts.
• Blog Curation and Content Monitoring: Assist the Fashion Content Writer in developing a media plan based on trending topics and act as an Editor in Chief to ensure articles align with our brand. Monitor online trends for opportunities in content creation and develop visuals for written materials.
• Social Media Management: Publish schedule and manage social media profiles and posts and analyze social media analytics to enhance reach and engagement. Engage with our audience through monitoring comments messages and interactions across social platforms fostering community.
• Portfolio and Content Distribution: Keep our portfolio current and aligned with our strategic goals. Share content across various channels including websites email newsletters and social media to expand our audience reach.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content remains true to Squareshots brand guidelines voice and messaging strategy.

Requirements

• Advanced English is required: All content will be developed in English and for a USbased audience
• Experience in similar role 2 years
• An eye for visuals ability to distinguish good content from bad one. You will be working with lots of product shots. You should be able to identify what looks good and what doesnt what fits the Squareshots identity and whats not.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus (Figma or Illustrator).
  We dont expect you to be a graphic designer by profession but you will need to generate visual content so prior knowledge is necessary.
• Visionary. The company is evolving at a high rate. The content has to reflect the events in the company. Be ready to turn events into content and provide your vision on how to communicate things.
• Creativity. Make standard things in a nonstandard way to achieve outstanding results.
