Job Description
Job Title: Nurse Manager Inpatient Pediatrics
City: Oakland CA
Onsite
What are the requirements of this position
- MUST HAVE CURRENT CA RN LICENSE
- BS BSN or higher degree
- 4 years in an inpatient acute care Pediatrics hospital unit
What are the nicetohave skills
- Experience building teams and future workforce planning.
- Process Improvement/Quality experience.
- Union exposure.

Nurse Managers work 40hour workweeks. PEDS Inpatient RN Manager 24/7365 responsibility for department as a whole (all shifts). Line staff (patient care Techs LVNs RNs etc.) report to the Asst. RN Manager Asst. RN Managers report to Manager who reports to Director.
