Crescent Realty is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Real Estate team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting organizing and analyzing data related to real estate market trends
• Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support the Data Analyst in developing predictive models and forecasting tools
• Conduct adhoc analysis to support various projects within the Real Estate department
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with statistical software such as R or Python is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for problemsolving
