We believe in creating memorable experiences for our clients and we are looking for a passionate Business Development Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations. For this role automotive experience is encouraged but not required.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships with current and potential clients ensuring their needs are met and delivering a 5star customer experience. You will be a key player in driving growth fostering loyalty and exceeding the expectations of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve outbound activity performance metrics to create more appointments.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Log all customer comments into Dealership Management System.
  • Schedule followup contact if no appointment is made in Dealership Management System.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with future customers.
  • Reschedule noshow customer appointments.
  • Followup with sales or service department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer changes in database.
  • Respond to customer website requests (internet inquiries).
  • Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
  • Forward any customer concerns to the correct department Manager and followup.
  • Maintains an organized clean and safe work area.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Engages in business development.
  • Establishes develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
  • Continuously improves through feedback.



Requirements


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Satisfactory Customer Service work experience.


Essential Skills:

  • Customer Service Scheduling Typing Reporting skills Data Entry Problem Solving Organization.
