We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and Developer with expertise in PHP development and WordPress site management. This role requires strong technical leadership qualities experience in agile methodologies and a good understanding of the wealth management industry particularly in the Registered Investment Advisor space.

Salesforce Administration and Development:

• Administer and maintain our Salesforce platform including user management security customization and data integrity.

o Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements leveraging declarative tools like Process Builder Flow and Apex code.

o Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

o Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns

o Experience with SOQL

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and implement enhancements in Salesforce.

o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforcerelated issues.

o Salesforce Certified

PHP Development and WordPress Management:

• Develop and maintain custom PHP applications to support various business needs.

o Manage WordPress sites including theme customization plugin development and performance optimization.

o Ensure the security and stability of WordPress installations and implement best practices for site management.

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a technical leader within the team guiding and mentoring junior developers.

o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and priorities.

o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Agile Environment:

• Work within an agile development framework participating in sprint planning daily standups and sprint reviews.

o Prioritize and manage workload effectively to deliver highquality solutions within sprint timelines.

o Foster a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous improvement within the development team.

Industry Expertise a Plus:

• Utilize deep understanding of the wealth management industry particularly in the Registered Investment Advisor space to design and implement solutions that address specific industry challenges and requirements.

o Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact our systems and processes.

A minimum of six years of development experience

Strong management and organization skills

Proven ability to research analyze and resolve problem situations using strong judgement and high level decision making skills

Strong initiative selfmotivation and ability to work both independently and with others

Bachelors degree in information technology related major preferred
