Employees can work either a 410 or 58 schedule with earlier or later shifts as desired. This organization also prioritizes the continuing education of its staff and additional training and conference attendance available for those who desire to grow their skillsets.

Tasks

• Evaluate patients physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide handson therapy and exercises to improve patients mobility strength and range of motion
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid FL state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
