YOUR ROLE WITH US

As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you will enable socialbeeto make forwardlooking financial plans. You will shape the growth plans on a financial level create efficient reporting structures and lay the foundation within the team to make bold growth decisions and achieve our vision sustainably!

• Budgeting & Forecasting: You will develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes within socialbee. You will work closely with management and internal stakeholders to create accurate financial forecasts and scenario analyses and create budgets that are aligned with strategic goals
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: You ensure accurate and timely financial information that is relevant for decisionmaking processes
• Strategic Planning & Financial Modeling: You will provide us with financial insights and analysis to assess our growth potential risks & longterm strategic plans and make business decisions

THATS YOU

• You have several years of professional experience in controlling preferably in the area of planning forecasting and financial analysis (FP&A)
• You have very good knowledge of MS Excel ERP systems (e.g. Oracle SAP) and business intelligence
• You are a strong analyst ITsavvy and have a passion for continuous improvement & change management
• You are fluent in German and English (any other language such as Arabic Turkish Ukrainian) is a plus!
• You stand behind our mission and energetically ensure an efficiently working team
