Your role in a team:

• Conduct indepth research on assigned topics including data analysis and synthesis of findings.
• Identify and evaluate research methodologies appropriate for addressing specific research questions or problems.
• Design and execute experiments surveys or other data collection methods to gather relevant data.
• Analyze and interpret research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Communicate and keep documentation of research findings effectively through reports presentations and other mediums to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate research insights into product development marketing strategies and business decisions.
• Collaborate with product designers to plan update and adapt research roadmap accordingly to the companys goals.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends academic literature and emerging research methods to continuously improve research practices.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Sales and Customer Support teams to understand research needs and align research objectives with business goals.
• Coordinate with Data Science and Analytics teams to leverage existing data sources and methodologies for research projects.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology Sociology Market Research Data Science Design).
• Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translating findings into action items preferably in a corporate or academic setting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in research methodologies statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex research findings into clear and actionable insights.
• Experience working collaboratively in crossfunctional teams and managing research projects from conception to completion.
• Problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze and address challenges in the user experience.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• You are located in Germany ideally in Berlin.

Skills:

• Proficiency in research software and tools (e.g Maze Userbrain Hotjar Optimizely).
• Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptability to handle changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in identifying research opportunities and addressing challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and facilitating collaboration across teams.
