We are currently looking for an Commissioning & Validation Consultant to support one of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the installation qualification and commissioning activities of production equipment with reference to technical design specifications
• Analyze technical documentation necessary for the development of installation and qualification protocols
• Prepare installation and qualification protocols (FAT SAT IQ OQ PQ) and related reports
• Prepare Risk Assessment (FMEA etc.) and Gap Analysis documents
• Perform and supervise installation and qualification activities
• Develop qualification calibration and periodic maintenance plans
• Participate in staff training plans
• Perform project management activities (Gantt; resource and cost management)

About you:

• Masters degree in chemical mechanical management engineering or related
• At least 2 years of professional experience gained in a pharmaceutical environment preferably in settings with sterile drug manufacturing
• Knowledge of cGMP and key regulations and guidelines (ISPE GAMP)
• Team work attitude
• Problem solving skills
• Flexibility

Nice to have:

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Good knowledge of the English language
