Site Design Group Leader

Multistate design firm is seeking a Site Design Group Leader for their team in Denver Colorado!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor/manage project performance for group staffing/workload ways to improve and maximize efficiency
  
• Oversee project management quality control and project execution
  
• Promote/encourage professional development for employees
  
• Keep team informed of department initiatives goals and objectives through regular communication
  
• Regular client communication
  
• Build/maintain client relationships to win repeat work and gain new clients (client strategy proposals interviewing and selection efforts)
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 6 years of engineering experience
  
• 4 years of supervisory experience
  
• PE License
  
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
