Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled InHouse Paid Search/PPC Manage r to join our dynamic revenue operations team. This pivotal role will be at the heart of our digital marketing strategy focusing on maximizing the ROI of our paid search campaigns across Google Ads Bing and Meta. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our digital marketing efforts driving qualified traffic to our website and enhancing our online presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop execute and manage comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads Bing and Meta to meet or exceed company goals.
- Manage substantial PPC budgets ensuring optimal allocation of funds across campaigns and platforms for maximum efficiency and ROI based on agreed business attribution rules and metrics
- Conduct thorough keyword research ad copywriting & creative and continuous testing to identify the top and bottom 20% of assets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data providing actionable insights and making datadriven decisions to optimize campaigns continually.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay uptodate with PPC and SEM trends tools and best practices to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven analytical and strategic thinking capabilities across all PPC platforms with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in managing largescale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition in a relevant context
- Indepth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar).
- Familiarity with bid management tools (e.g. PPC Bidmax Marin Kenshoo Search Ignite Acquisio).
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field (preferred)
- Google Ads certification is a must.
Preferred Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Paid Search/PPC management.
- Previous roles in PPC within our industry or related fields.
- Proficiency with SEO and SEM tools like SEMrush Ahrefs or Moz.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels downstream from ads
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 6 AM to 3 PM
