Job Description:
1. *General Administration:*
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Oversee facilities management including office infrastructure equipment maintenance and utilities management.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure costeffectiveness and quality of services.
2. *Human Resources (HR) Management:*
Lead HR functions including recruitment onboarding performance management training and development.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations communication and conflict resolution strategies.
3. *Social and Technical Compliance:*
Ensure compliance with social and technical standards including health and safety regulations labor laws and industryspecific requirements.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and maintain compliance frameworks conducting regular audits and assessments.
Develop and oversee corrective action plans to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
4. *Team Leadership and Development:*
Provide leadership and direction to teams responsible for general administration HR and compliance functions.
Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
5. *Reporting and Analysis:*
Prepare regular reports and presentations on key performance metrics operational trends and compliance status for executive leadership.
Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to address challenges and optimize processes.
