This is a remote position.
- Providing technical support troubleshooting and managing network security.
- Responsible for networking including but not limited to setting up and managing switches firewalls and routers.
- Work primarily with clients to provide support for their IT infrastructure and maintain the uptime of their systems.
Requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical problems
- Expertise in Information Technology and Technical Support
- Strong knowledge of Network Security Protocols and Solutions
- Expertise in Networking including but not limited to setting up and managing switches firewalls and routers.
- The ability to analyze and diagnose complex technical issues and bugs
- Strong ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
- Experience providing MSP level 2 support or equivalent experience
- Good timemanagement and multitasking skills
- Relevant qualifications and certifications suitable for the job
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good customer service skills and experience in dealing with clients
