Senior HR Business Partner

• Deliver the HR support to the business to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet.
• Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
• Manage key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.
• Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work. Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce.
• Support the L&D team to identify and drive L&D interventions in the relevant areas.
• Support any specific OD / Change Management initiatives ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all change management initiatives.
• Lead special projects that need to be carried out to enhance effectiveness of the function.
• Strengthening the HR brand name and positioning within the organization.
• Influencing key stakeholders with diverse viewpoints to align with the key priorities for the function.
• Ensuring smooth execution of multiple interventions in a timely manner.

• Post Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent preferably with a premier institute.
