Job Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance engineer SMEs and deliver the trainings to customers on maintenance program development and evolution
- Instructor for workshops provided to our customers (based on expertise, could be Reliability, Maintenance Planning Document, MSG-3 or Production Planning and Control)
- Support customers via solving or facilitating resolution of operation problem. Evaluating customer’s maintenance and packaging programs and providing consultation.
- Provide support to customers by resolving or facilitating operational issues, evaluating customer data to improve efficiency or reliability, and supporting Entry into Service on maintenance programs as required.
