- Champions technology integration to improve/transform business system architecture.
- Forges a strategic relationship with leadership to drive execution.
- Identifies, understands, and anticipates business needs.
- Drives organizational strategies, priorities & initiatives.
- Provides valued counsel and represents the voice of the business.
- Explores, develops and communicates value added enhancements.
- Analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of management system (including metrics).
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.
