Head of Reporting

Responsiblefor high quality reporting in content, actionable analysis and readability forthe NFXP Onshore Project, through the coordination and processing of input datainto concise, effective and fit-for-purpose communications. Responsible forgeneration of routine and ad-hoc reports and presentations for use internallyacross broad range of audiences from the Project Management Team (PMT) toQatarEnergy LNG management and JV Shareholders.

KeyAccountabilities

• Implementthe Projects Reporting Procedure and ensure compliance. Maintain and refreshthe procedure as needed to reflect best practices, lessons learned andenhancements.

• Oversee andmanage a team of 2 Reporting lead spanning across both all Scopes EPC-1, EPC-2,EPC-3 and EPC-4 and drive uniform reporting with quality content, ensuringactionable and relevant analysis to inform the PMT and Management, distillingkey messages from large data sets.

• Prepare theWeekly and Monthly reports for both North Field East and North Field South andensure their accuracy in terms of progress reporting and content, includingtechnical information typical for a major project. Support the the developmentof reporting required for Shareholders and other stakeholders.

• Support thepreparation of other key report requirements such as Senior Project Managerweekly updates to the Chief Major Project Officer.

• Build andgrow team capacity and capability to be ready to tackle emerging new requestsin a timely fashion.

• Able towork in a highly visible project environment with large capital expendituresand significant schedule execution pressures, as well as within a dynamic teamthat has high expectations for flawless project execution in safety, quality,cost and schedule performance, requiring the incumbent to demonstrate accuracy,initiative and the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
