Head of Offshore Execution

Directs thedelivery of all aspects of Offshore Facilities (i.e. Greenfield WHP andTopsides and decks) design and equipment technical and execution definition,selection, and design, including planning for detailed design, procurement,installation, and testing/commissioning. Ensures technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, datasheets, etc.) developed during FEED fully implemented as per projectrequirements and effectively collaborates and interfaces with PMT and EPCcontractor engineers and operations personnel (as required) to ensure that theOffshore Facilities scope of supply is fully integrated and optimised.

KeyAccountabilities

• Provideleadership and expertise to team, while overseeing performance of EPCIcontractors, vendors and subcontractors, to ensure alignment of OffshoreFacilities needs, objectives, and requirements.

• EnsureContractor’s Topsides and Sensor Tower Platform (STP) engineering and designscomply with the contract requirements including relevant codes andstandards. Provide guidance to ensurecontractor compliance with management of change procedures relating to changesin contractor’s design or deviations from company directives.

• SupportsNFXP Offshore Topsides & STPs Package Manager in monitoring thecontractor’s progress on delivery of the required documents, reviewing relevantdata (narrative, charts, graphs, etc.) for monthly progress reporting anddeveloping recovery plans as required to ensure that project costs, scheduleand deliverables are met.

• ManageOffshore Facilities engineering design in accordance with the project's changemanagement program and own the Offshore Facilities engineering schedule andcritical milestones (LLI procurement, engineered equipment procurement; ROSdates, etc.); develop and steward recovery plans to address any schedule delaysand resolution of EPCI contractor’s engineering claims, if any.

• Responsiblefor sharing previous lessons learned and capturing lessons learned from thecurrent project, ensuring these are shared within the organisation for futurereference.

• Coordinatepreparation for the call for tenders in line with Senior Project Managementapproved contractual strategy, support the preparation, coordination andnegotiation of the Topsides & STPs EPCI contracts in accordance with thecontract and procurement strategy approved by Senior Project Management.

• Examinescontractor activities relating to Offshore Facilities ensuring plans,procedures, objectives and overall job requirements adhere to appropriateOffshore Facilities specifications, standards and design verificationprocesses.

• Championinitiatives with the Contractor to deliver on the project objectives; safety,quality, cost and schedule.
