Electrical Commissioning Specialist

Subject Matter Expert for all Electrical related activitiesat site, including PMS, PDCS, ELICS systems for multi project /multi disciplinecommissioning team.

Attend (Witness/Hold) all site related Electrical activitiesand walkdowns.

Ensure technical interface with site project team (PMT,Contractor, OES)

Review Contractor planning and scheduling activities forPre-Commissioning and Commissioning to ensure coordination with other aspectsof work.

Monitor Contractor performance and provide advice asnecessary to ensure design goals, philosophies and specifications are achieved.

Review all documentation relates to Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning.

Participate at site to ensure safe execution of SystemsCompletion activities and provide guidance on Mechanical Completion,Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Turnover of equipment and systems asrequired.

Develop and manage effective work packs, tools,commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safe hand-over to permanent organization.

Lead and manage clear communication and reporting lines forall matters pertaining to commissioning for NFPS Offshore Project and ensurecompliance with LNG Project Management (QGPM) requirements.

Coordinate and share lessons learned from previous projectsand maintain a register of current lessons learned for use in future projects.
