We are on an exciting journey of growth and innovation at PAICON and were seeking experienced FullStack Engineers to join our existing Software Engineering Team. Tasks

• Design and develop solutions and products that drive continuous improvement for our customers representing PAICON in the external market.
• Collaborate with a talented team to create modern Healthcare Cloud Solutions.
• Work closely with DevOps Engineers to design and implement efficient processes for the software delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the PAICON medical platform application and website.
• Participate in strategic discussions on increasing automation through cloud services and shaping future technological directions.

Requirements

• Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a FullStack Engineer.
• Proficient in developing web applications preferably using Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages and frameworks such as Python JavaScript/TypeScript PHP etc.
• Experienced with SQL and both relational and nonrelational databases.
• Skilled in software testing methodologies like TDD and system testing using frameworks like RSpec.
• Knowledgeable about DevOps practices and CI/CD tools ideally on GitHub.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud Platforms ideally AWS.
• Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics IT Applied Mathematics or related fields.
