We are hiring for a leading software company in India.

Job Title: Demand Generation Executive IT Sales

Location: Chennai (onsite)

Department: Inside Sales (IT)

Experience: 17 years

Workdays: 5 (Monday Friday)

Notice period: Immediately or 15 days

Job Summary:

This is IT inside sales cold calling and lead generation.

We are currently hiring experienced inside sales professionals from software/IT/emerging enterprise industry for a leading software company in India.

As a Demand Generation Executive you will be responsible for doing IT sales generate potential leads and make cold calls. You should be fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through market research outbound calls and other proactive
strategies.

Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.

Customer Engagement:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their technology needs and challenges.

Present our products and services effectively highlighting key features and benefits.

Sales Development:
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of our technology solutions.

Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.

Quota Attainment:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.

Client Relationship Management:
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Address client inquiries provide product information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters in any specialization.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT sales (must) lead generation and cold calling.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Strong problemsolving and decision making abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical background or understanding of technology products and services.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Note:

We are looking for professionals with relevant experience who are living in Chennai or who can relocate to Chennai.
