KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Build and maintain a capital project portfolio model that will act as a repository for all current and future capital projects at all Neom airports to track across the project lifecycle with the with sufficient data that can aid in prioritization.
- Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Provide oversight and governance for the project portfolio aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project management professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
- Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and documentation.
