IPS USA Corp part of GroupIPS (Industrial Projects Services) is a multidisciplinary firm specialized in industrial project management.
Acting as the Owner s Representative we fully integrate into the Owner s project team. We cover all services from the initial definition of the project on through project preparation (investment analysis permitting procurement financing) project realization (project management time schedule cost control safety coordination) all the way to operation of the plant. In addition GroupIPS specializes in the engineering and management of maintenance and improvement projects on existing plants and facilities as well as in strategic consultancy related to long term corporate development and the resulting Capex management.
Leveraging our international network of GroupIPS companies in Belgium Netherlands France Germany UK Spain United States Ivory Coast Bulgaria Romania and Tunisia. We re able to manage projects while ensuring proximity to both the investor and the site. Our team includes over 350 project engineers trained to efficiently work together wherever the location of the investment or whatever distance between the investor and the investment.
Now we are looking for a Project Engineer in Stratham New Hampshire.
As Project Engineer of IPS you will have the responsibility for the planning and management in a wide range of packages and/or complete projects ranging from small improvements to large projects. Your role will be to teamup with the Project Team applying the IPS project management methodology and using the best available Project Management tools to support our customers reaching their goals.
The management of your project can include multiple phases and/or specialization:
Project feasibility: process description plant layout overall Time Schedule procurement Strategy financial plan
Project preparation phase: investment analysis basic engineering permitting financing and procurement.
Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering construction management commissioning management operational management.
What is the role About
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing a lumpsum contract with potential for various other contracts. Display contractor and construction management as well as account management to maintain quality and potentially obtain additional projects for the future.
Furthermore your will:
You will display financial knowledge with invoicing and budget management.
Supervise the daily operations and activities of the project such as project scheduling resources allocations and project budget technical alignment on a variety of equipment facilities utilities components products and systems for a diverse client base of Food and Beverage
Maintain and oversees the complete project process; prepares status reports to top management and assures that files are on schedule to meet the target defined for the projects.
Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
Identify and evaluate critical path activities needed by the project analyses contingencies and overcomes them by finding alternative courses of action.
Supervise and mentor team member to ensures the project team is working efficiently and according to project objectives goals specifications deliverables and timelines.
Requirements
- Master Engineer certificate.
- 5 to 10 Years of experience as Project Manager
- Required experience in construction management and customer facing.
- Preferably experience in food and beverage industry.
- Experience different project phases as for example master planning feasibility permitting civil works and main infrastructure needs contracting and construction management and supervision.
- Feeling comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion.
- Competences MS Office
