Job Description B2B Sales Associate


Job Title B2B Sales Associate

Business Financial Group (BFG) is a familyowned and operated professional Accounting Company based in Atlanta Georgia USA. We are committed to providing personalized Accounting Bookkeeping Payroll and Tax Services to business owners in the USA with yearly sales revenue of $300000 to $20 Million.


We have an opening for a fulltime B2B sales associate.


Responsibilities:
  1. Call the hot and warm leads generated through our different marketing channels.

  2. After each call follow our guidelines and properly update each lead in Zoho CRM. Make notes and schedule a followup call if necessary.

  3. Present our different Accounting Payroll and Tax Services for qualified leads and close the deals.

  4. Prepare presentations proposals and client agreements to be shared with potential and existing clients.

  5. Make cold calls as required and build qualified leads.

  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.

  7. Close agreed sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time.

  8. Coordinate sales efforts with support team members and other departments.

  9. Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

  10. Do regular follow up with the potential and existing clients for feedback and new projects.


Working Hours

Monday through Friday 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM USA Eastern Time


Training

BFG will provide the necessary training for your required job responsibilities.


Remuneration

Fixed monthly Salary Plus Commission



Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor s Degree in Marketing. MBA with a Marketing degree will have an upper advantage.

  2. At least Three years of experience in sales in the service industry. Preferrably Accounting background

  3. Working knowledge of a CRM preferably Zoho CRM.

  4. Working knowledge of Google sheet Gmail Google Docs etc.:

  5. Experience in managing deals and closing deals.

  3. Ability to interpret and clearly explain complex issues.
