Italian Car Rental Customer Support

Our Multinational Client is Looking for Italians Based in Greece to work as a Customer Support Agent for Italian Car Rental users

Tasks;
handling customer queries (general inquiries cancellations and amendments);

Interact via phone email and chat channels with customers (no camera ON is required)

Troubleshoot support documents and system training.

Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
  
• Native Level or C2 in Italian
• Good level of English min B1 (training might be in ENG);
  
• Good ProblemSolving Skills;
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
  
• A user of Technology
• with at least 1 year of experience in any customerfacing role.
• Customer Oriented Personality
