Digital Product Owner supporting initiatives for Insurance Clients new enterprise mobile app channel where they will be working on Personal and/or Commercial insurance related selfservice capabilities. The Product Owner will work with IT UX (user experience) and line of business subject matter experts to define opportunities manage prioritization and execute new and optimized digital experiences. The individual will contribute to the digital roadmap and lead the work associated with (1larger) agile work team. This team will be comprised of onshore and offshore employees and will require attending early morning sessions (i.e. 8 AM EST). The qualified Digital Product Owner will have the opportunity to influence key pillars of company business through optimal customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partnering with IT and other resources to oversee and manage the execution of digital enhancements and projects to ensure experience and business objectives are met.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and grooming the product backlog to ensure proper feature roadmap alignment across the mobile app platform
  • Oversee and manage the daytoday health of sites including monitoring of key experience metrics identifying and management production support concerns postdelivery of new capabilities. Ensure on time and on budget delivery of new capabilities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to set priorities for experiences enhancements and capabilities needed to achieve targeted results over time.
  • Perform analysis and determine trends. Assist with tracking and reporting on key metrics of digital performance including online and offline data and voice of the customer.
  • Stay current on internal competitive and industry technology trends to be viewed as a subject matter expert and to help guide work.

Requirements:

35 years agile experience is preferred PSPO certification and/or additional Agile certification(s) welcome

Leadership and Effective Communicaton

Backlog refinement (CL specific)

Building of our new mobile app selfservice capabilities supporting PL and CL specifically

Delivery of external facing mobile app via app store (PL specific)

New development of hybrid mobile app using ionic angular and AWS technologies
