The Mississippi Department of Education is seeking an Application Developer to take the lead in the following tasks:

• Take leadership in the design development coding testing and debugging of applications.
• Create and maintain applications work closely with application developers and ensure there is proper written documentation of all requirement coding and business rule coding.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all software development standards.
• Provide production support and implement changes to source systems code.
• Mentor and support skills development of the application development team.

Interact with Scrum Master OTSS team leads MDE product owners and highlevel business users.

Experience creating applications using .Net React Git Azure and Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Experience working in Agile Projects.

Experience in education data systems and environments is a plus.
