Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineering to oversee the maintenance and operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with a proven track record of managing a team and ensuring the efficient functioning of all facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of engineers and technicians providing guidance training and support as needed.
Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment.
Monitor and maintain the condition of the properties identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Oversee the procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute renovations and upgrades.
Manage the budget for the engineering department ensuring costeffective operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs as well as equipment inventory and warranties.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering technology and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in engineering.
Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing maintenance operations in a hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles techniques and equipment.
Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in computer applications and maintenance management systems.
Knowledge of local safety and environmental regulations.
