Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 12 years mechanical assembly experience

Competencies

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Basic computer competency
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• High attention to detail and selfmotivation skills

Abilities

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
• Manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Read interpret and follow basic drawings diagrams bills of materials and written instructions to accurately assemble and test products.
• Use handheld tools such as handheld screw and drill gun.
• Product preparation labeling and basic job data entry
• Identify rework and/or repair nonconforming products.
• Maintain a clean neat and safe work area.
• Assist in inventory incoming inspection storage and cycle counting.
• Assist in shipment packaging & palletization.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
