Surgical specialist in ophthalmology (m/f/d) Germany
Region: Hamburg Germany
For one of the largest MVZ groups for ophthalmology with over 100 locations in Germany we are looking for a surgical specialist in ophthalmology (m/f/d)
The future holder of this position will take on the independent care of patients in his or her role. Depending on the (surgical) experience and professional spectrum this consists of surgery days with consultation hours for surgical specialists or of consultation hours for conservative specialists.
Technical requirements
- Completed specialist training as a specialist (m/f/d) in ophthalmology
- Good surgical experience (cataract IVOMS etc.) is desirable.
- Empathy and empathy high sensitivity and flexibility in dealing with different contacts
- Strong cooperation skills and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner
Range of tasks
- Support in the management and further development of the practice and the team from performance motivation and fairness aspects as well as crossdepartmental ensuring of the departments training/further training
- Participation in management tasks in practice
- Constructive and trusting collaboration with management and other senior employees
