Our partner is seeking a Marketing Designer to play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Design in various designrelated tasks including design strategy process improvement creating graphics developing style guides and collaborating with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing materials including social media graphics html banners website banners email templates and display ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and design marketing collateral for campaigns promotions and events.
Create visual content for social media; short form video content including reels social videos and gifs;
Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously from concepts to deliverables.
Stay informed about emerging design tools software and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation if necessary.
Maintain a proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to handle multiple projects of different levels simultaneously.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Digital Design Visual Communication or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles typography colour theory and layout composition.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and channels including social media websites and email marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
Excellent creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with web design and development HTML CSS and responsive design is a plus.
