Our client a new to market Advisory firm are currently looking to hire an Associate Direcotr to join their deals M&A team. We are interested in speaking to experienced Senior Managers or Associate Directors who are ACA qualified with a demonstrable track record of deal execution in the domestic M&A market.
- ACA/CFA qualified is beneficial
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem solving capabilities
- Client management and multitasking abilities

Requirements
- Driving new business pipelines/generating business (not a priority)
- Leading a team of associates and managers
- Handling client expectations
- Managing the entire deal process post origination with a focus on execution and delivery

A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA At least 10 years experience in a debt advisory advisory role Recent material track record of new client origination Experience in building and retaining strong client relationships The ability to develop solutions which deliver value for clients Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to clients Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive entrepreneurial team Strong commitment to professionalism and client service excellence Capital markets experience/knowledge advantageous
