Teaching Approach: We prioritize ProjectBased Learning (PBL) as our primary teaching tool emphasizing handson activities over textbooks. We seek teachers who are willing to go the extra mile to create engaging learning experiences and can cater to students with diverse abilities. A specialization in dyslexia and experience in elementary education are advantageous.

Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
  
• Utilize instructional design techniques for engaging learning experiences
  
• Integrate learning technology to enhance student engagement
  
• Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback and support
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  
• Provide individualized instruction to meet diverse student needs
  
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively
  
• Collaborate with colleagues parents and stakeholders to support student success
  
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in education
  

• Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters degree preferred)
  
• Valid teaching certification/license
  
• Experience working with diverse student populations
  
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning technologies
  
• Understanding of childhood development stages and appropriate teaching strategies
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience in mentoring or providing guidance is beneficial
  
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis or behavioral therapy is advantageous for certain positions (e.g. Deaf Education)
