Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete customer journey
• Plan execute and analyse sales and marketing campaigns
• Lead existing customer service team to aid in strengthening existing working practices
• Support product enquiries
• Develop best solutions for customers
• Process orders
• Manage customer accounts
• Proactively contacting customers to further sell different products
• Monitoring customer feedback
• Examine feedback performance data to aid in departmental improvements
• Liaise with the Purchasing Design Production and Warehouse departments to ensure excellent customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service internal sales or B2B marketing beneficial
• Previous experience in technical sales
• Selfmotivated confident in using own initiative
• Able to motivate others leadership skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving skills
